Delete your data

On WhatsApp

1. Send DELETE to Trollie on +27 72 016 0626.
2. Trollie asks you to confirm. Send DELETE again.

Everything is deleted straight away, and Trollie confirms it. If you never replied YES to join, one DELETE is enough.

By email

Email support@trollie.ai from the address on your account, or include your phone number. We'll confirm before deleting, and tell you when it's done.

What's deleted

Your receipts and their photos, emails, our chat, your profile, crew membership, socials, points and sign-in details. Your account is closed and the app is signed out.

What stays

Our points accounting keeps its entries (amounts and dates), without your receipts, messages or number. Prices from your receipts that were already added to shop comparisons stay, without your name or number.
